Competition for the City Council of Cofrentes, in collaboration with MMARQ, where the guidelines proposed the connection of the different individual housing units with the spa.

With this proposal, we sought to make the whole place look more united and better integrate with the natural environment. We focused on connecting, using covered and closed walkways to be able to go to the spa in a robe (the basic condition of the competition), the key points of the place and small meeting corners. In addition, we proposed a square, taking advantage of the unevenness of the terrain, where activities that were already taking place sporadically could be carried out.
