This project for a residential building in Torrent stands out for its focus on the residents. Inside the flats, the bathrooms have high-end ceramics, with large-format Porcelanosa ceramics. With calm colors and textures, they add a touch of elegance and modernity to the design, with special emphasis on the back wall of the bathtub, cladded with a special 3D texture.

The common areas include a gym directly connected to a jacuzzi, creating an integrated space that fuses relaxation and physical well-being. The garden, which connects with both the jacuzzi and the common room, is designed for families. It offers children a play area, providing an outdoor space for entertainment and recreation for the little ones.
