Private competition for NEINOR Homes, designed together with ART Arquitectura. The plot is located in Torre En Conill, Bétera, where local regulations allowed semi-detached houses with some ease on how they are designed.

The urban planning allowed for the construction of up to 54 semi-detached houses, with common garden and pool in the centre of the enclosure and private access to each unit. With a simple floor plan, a couple of volumes intersect, leaving a bedroom and the day areas on the ground floor, overlooking the private garden, and the bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor.

The volume draws on Mediterranean tradition, with multiple controlled breaks, pure white forms, and an emphasis on outdoor life.
