SERVICES
WHAT DO WE OFFER?
Interior design so you can show off without worries. We love what we do, our projects will create atmospheres that adapt to you and/or your clients. And for those who want to sell a dream, 3D renders that are pure 'wow'. Your wishes, our creation!
And if what you need are architects, take a look at our architectural services section. We do everything from renovation projects, activity projects, to certifications and plot studies.
HOW DO WE WORK?
Most of our services follow the same plan with 4 very simple steps. First and essential, tell us what you need.
Once the information has been analysed, if we are talink design, we will ask you for feedback regarding styles and tastes, and what your objectives or priorities are. Afterwards, we will make a first approximation to the style, as a fit with ideas of the potential result, to see if we are getting it right. From this point, we go down the rabbit hole and start creating something and with your help we will bring the project to life.
We work side by side with our clients because we are here to do what we like most, so our commitment ends when the project is up and running.
The rendering process follows a somewhat more standardized plan, check it out!

WORKFLOW
After a first contact, we need all the information you can offer us, otherwise, we will offer solutions or alternatives based on our experience.
- Plans & sketches (CAD, BIM, PDF, schemes…)
- Project location
- Materials. ¿Did you have specific brands in mind for your project? We include them.
- Vegetation if any
- Artistic style, time of day, season, climate, and area…
- Volumetric definition: heights and position of openings in the case of a building, total heights...
- Moodboards
If we do not have prior modelling, we will begin with that. We may find stages where the plan contradicts what would happen in reality... don't worry, we'll let you know during the process.
Once the 3D volume is set, we will make a first selection of the points of view and a proposition for the general lighting, without textures or furniture in the case of interiors. There are times when we want to show too much in a single image, our photographic experience tells us that it is better to respect the naturalness of the human eye to connect better... therefore, we will always propose different options for the same point of view. We also propose general lighting, which may change in the final image.
With the materials and the furniture-environment in place, we work on what the final image would be like. We send previous images at a lower resolution with comments on aspects that we detect, and we write down all the annotations so that the final render is perfect. In this phase, communication is very important, since each final image requires a lot of effort, and any changes are best detected in time.
With the final tests ok, we move on to rendering, a process that can take from 24 to 72 hours depending on the number of images and their complexity. With the final result in hand, we include a round of reasonable changes that may have been detected or may have been missed by all of us.
Keep in mind that in this phase we have already finished the work, so any modification that entails a substantial change in the previous phases (modelling, choice of different view, important materiality change, modification of environments...) would mean starting the process again, with the consequences of time and money that it means.
