VILLA IN VALIA

The project is located on a plot of land with different terraces, in an idyllic enclave overlooking the sea. Taking advantage of this circumstance, a stone wall cuts the terrace and separates the living volumes from the mountain, in the form of an interior courtyard.

The volumes, facing the main view and leaving openings and strategic separations, are executed in stone, blend perfectly into the environment. The main goal was to represent this integration with the environment, and the sensitivity with which negative spaces break the monotony and create areas of rest and enjoyment.
